Fun Regatta 2023 – Saturday 8th July

24 crews / 96 competitors registered for the Fun Regatta at Stratford upon Avon Boat Club 

All crews participated in three coaching sessions during the four weeks leading up to the event – a total of 72 evening sessions on the Avon.  

Race Day consisted of six mini-leagues of four crews and the winners of each league qualified through to one of three semi-finals.

A total of 39 races plus the final.

‘The Meander Club’ were victorious in the final beating ‘Never Mind the Rollocks’ in a hard-fought race winning by one boat length.

The winners of the Fancy Dress competition were Oarsome 4 Some.
